Automatic Call Distribution

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) is a sought after feature that works to more quickly direct callers to the appropriate person in the organization. When distributing calls, ACD can be configured to consider relevant information such as Most Time Idle and Weighted Call Time. The system even allows for Skills-Based Rotation, making sure that the most qualified representative has the opportunity to take the call. Additional distributions include Round-Robin, a setting that forwards the call until it is answered, and Simultaneous Ringing, which rings multiple lines at once.

Call Queue

This feature has everyone talking. Custom Call Queues allow you to effectively manage inbound calls.  FreedomIQ® provides a variety of call queue options, each of which organizes callers based on preferences. Callers are kept in the queue until a representative can take the call.

What’s really exciting is what you can do when callers are on hold. Using the WebLINK Internet Control Panel, you’ll be able to enhance the caller’s experience. You’ll have the ability to upload customizable hold music or use caller hold time to promote a special event or product offering. You can also adjust settings for your call queue size and call queue time and may decide whether callers are told their queue position.

Auto Attendant

Creating a professional auto attendant recording is key to portraying your company in a positive light. It is recommended that greetings be clear, concise, and immediately direct callers to the appropriate extension. For those with unique auto attendant needs, we have qualified staff available to create the perfect solution for your business.

With FreedomIQ® you have the ability to alter your greeting based on your needs. Businesses often change their greetings based on business hours or during holiday periods. Dynamic messaging is an excellent way to promote special offers or deliver important messages. All messaging can be managed through the WebLINK Internet Control Panel.

Record Calls

The ability to record calls offers noteworthy advantages that any business can utilize. By listening to calls, managers can more easily determine ways for employees to improve their communication and customer service skills. Recording and reviewing calls also gives managers the ability to easily resolve disputes. After a call is recorded it is sent to a users email address, it is also accessible in the WebLINK Internet Control Panel.

The CounterPath X-Lite

As an added bonus, FreedomIQ® users have the option of downloading and utilizing the X-Lite softphone from CounterPath to enhance their communication capabilities. The X-Lite is a free application that allows users to make and receive calls from any computer with Internet connection. With the X-Lite, users can place and receive calls and take advantage of basic features such as 3-way calling, do not disturb, speed dial, contact management, and call history.

24/7 Teleconferencing

No need to schedule conference calls, FreedomIQ® makes teleconferencing easy. After receiving your toll free number and a company specific PIN, you’ll be able to organize and run conference calls anytime you like. With a professional feel, the FreedomIQ® teleconferencing service has industry leading call quality and user friendly controls. The conferencing service also allows the conference initiator to equalize volume, enable and disable self-mute, and enable lecture mode (mutes others).

Voice & Fax Messaging

FreedomIQ® allows voicemails to be reviewed online through WebLINK, over the phone, or they can even be delivered to an email address via MP3 file. Similarly, faxes can be viewed as a PDF through email or WebLINK and can also be received by a conventional fax machine.

Voicemail transcription is another highly regarded feature. In connection with PhoneTag™, the FreedomIQ® product offers all its customers the ability to have their voicemails transcribed to text. Once converted to text, the voicemails can be read in an email or as a text message on a mobile phone.  The original voicemail message is included as an attachment to the email.

TalkText Voicemail Transcription

A life changing feature! TalkText is a powerful tool that automatically transcribes your voicemails to text. Once transcribed, the text is sent in the body of an email with the original voicemail attached. The transcription can also be sent to your mobile phone as a text message, or accessed through WebLINK.  Ensuring you always get a high quality transcription, TalkText is powered by voice recognition technology provided by PhoneTag™

WebLINK
