Per Incident Support Services – (please call or submit ticket for quote) - Works well for non essential equipment issues or non-urgent techical questions or issues.
Hourly Technical Phone Support (including connecting to machine and resolving issues remotely)
(1 hour minimum, partial hours will round up to nearest 1/2 hour)
Hourly On Site Support
(2 hour minimum, partial hours will round up to nearest 1/2 hour) (if outside the Orlando area please inquire)
Emergency Support (After hours Support)
Phone/Online Support: (2 hour minimum charge)
